My Brand Compass heads north-east!

After a succesful roll-out of her book My Brand Compass: The 13 C’s to Building your Personal Brand earlier this year, sought-after public speaker and event host Dr Terri-Karelle Reid took her book tour to the twin-island republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

The launch event took place at the residence of the Jamaican High Commissioner to Trinidad & Tobago Arthur Williams. Approximately 50 specially invited members of her ‘TK Tribe’ — the name she affectionately calls her supporters — joined Reid to celebrate.

Overwhelmed by the T&T support Reid welcomed her guests and admitted that she had never envisioned a book launch in another country. “This started out as a little cheat sheet which then morphed into a full-fledged book that I launched in Jamaica. Now here I am, seven months later, with my book being launched in Trinidad and Tobago. It’s surreal, but I am thankful and blessed. Thank you all for being a part of my community and for contributing to my life in some way, shape, or form,” she said to the gathering in Port of Spain. My Brand Compass is dedicated to Reid’s grandmother Millicent Audrey Scott, who she admits, “planted the seeds of knowledge and wisdom that made me a great brand long before I even knew that I would be one”.
