Domino’s, get your act together!
Dear Editor,
I have seen and heard of false advertising and believe it is my duty to call it out when I get the chance.
The picture used to advertise Domino’s honey barbeque wings shows them looking succulent and juicy. I made an order expecting to receive same; instead, what came was beyond disappointing. I received some fried and dried-out chicken wings, which appeared as if somebody stayed a mile away and sparingly tossed some barbeque sauce all over it.
Come on now, Domino’s! When I spend my hard-earned dollars to enjoy something that attracts me visually, I should receive what was advertised. And the fact that I was extremely hungry did not help matters.
How did those wings pass through the quality tests you profess to have? I believe somebody missed a couple steps in the preparation of these wings and for that, shame on you, Domino’s!
This was my first time ordering wings and what a dismal orientation awaited me when I opened the package.
Domino’s, every single order should count and, therefore, should be subjected to scrutiny for quality before it leaves your restaurant. Even the presentation of the meal showed blatant disrespect. You never know when you have a first-time customer or an existing customer trying something on your menu for the first time.
I am really unsure if I will ever order from you again.
