Sweet Treats @ Candyland

Wouldn’t it be sweet to have Xodus and Bacchanal Jamaica together on the road? Well, wonder no more! Feters are in for a treat next Carnival season as the two bands will join for an epic 2023 Road March. The united front — announced on November 11 — was on full display on Saturday, November 19, at the Xodus x Bacchanal Jamaica band launch, held at the Mona hockey field.

A few technical glitches did little to sour the candy-themed event, with the only dilemma being which costumes to pick, though Bacchanal’s Jolly Lolly and Xodus’ Licorice seem to be early favourites.
