REAL estate investment company FirstRock Real Estate Investments is already turning its attention to two new developments set for later this year, even as it has just broken ground on its second significant investment in Jamaica dubbed Bonne Chance. That investment, a residential apartment tower in the heart of New Kingston, St Andrew, is set to cost $2.5 billion.
Bonne Chance will feature a 10-storey high-rise building housing 43 units comprising 31 studios and 10 one-bedroom apartments. It will also feature two two-bedroom penthouses, ranging from 1,900 to 3,000 square feet. The development is expected to be completed in 24 months.
The launch event attracted government ministers, members of the FirstRock Group, and other distinguished guests at the 8A Brompton Road location. The Business Social has the highlights.
