Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records to celebrate 12th anniversary with dancehall icons
KINGSTON, Jamaica — It’s been 12 years since Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records began its operation inside Marketplace. As the popular eatery gets ready to mark the milestone occasion, they have called on the talents of dancehall legends, Bounty Killer and Beenie Man to join in the anniversary festivities.
The two icons of Jamaican popular music are expected to turn in scorching performances as they ignite the stage inside the Marketplace food establishment on Thursday night.
In a release, the restaurant stated that in keeping with its mandate to highlight all aspects of Jamaican culture, in addition to a series of menu specials, management decided that a live show featuring two of Jamaica’s most celebrated entertainers was the perfect way to mark their special anniversary.
“This edition of Tracks Live Session is special because it’s within our anniversary celebrations and we wanted to celebrate alongside our legends of dancehall. We are very excited to have them in house and we are looking forward to a very magical evening with these two veterans,” Angiel Myers, group marketing manager of KLE Group Ltd told OBSERVER ONLINE.
Thursday night’s festivities are scheduled to get underway at 10:00pm with juggling by ZJ Y Rush and an early performance from Denyque.
Tickets cost $6,500 VIP and $3,500 general.
