WATCH: Tufton meets inspirational double-amputee farmer
Health Minister Dr Christopher Tufton met and engaged in a brief conversation with double-amputee farmer Andrew Nelson ahead of his Sectoral Debate presentation at Gordon House on Wednesday.
Nelson’s inspirational story, published by the Jamaica Observer under the headline ‘Double amputee pineapple farmer is Clarendon’s inspiration’, led to the 44-year-old receiving assistance from prosthetics solutions company Surgix Jamaica which is providing him with a pair of prosthetic legs.
