Olympian Tori Bowie may have been pregnant at the time of death – US media reports
Olympic gold medalist Tori Bowie may have been seven or eight months pregnant when she died earlier this week, according to US media reports.
Bowie was found dead in her Florida home on Wednesday after a wellness check at the residence.
Investigators have ruled out foul play but are yet to release a cause of death. A full report detailing her cause of death is expected to be issued once her body has been examined.
Neighbours reportedly told the Daily Mail they believe Bowie could have been around “seven or eight months” pregnant when she died.
One neighbour is quoted as saying the former world 100m champion looked like she had “half a basketball under her shirt.”
The former 100m world champion never publicly revealed that she was expecting a child.
