Vent spent three non-consecutive weeks at number one on the US Billboard Reggae Albums chart.

It featured the songs Pressure featuring Pressure Busspipe; A Jus Suh Life Guh featuring Marlon Asher; Ammunition featuring Patrice Roberts; Star Throat featuring Kemar Highcon and Konshens; Call Me If (remix) with Louie Culture and Tory Lanez; Wi Fi featuring American rapper/producer Drumma Boy; and, Scripture featuring Afrobeat star Davido.

Dexta Daps recently collaborated with Davido on the track Bop, which peaked at number 22 on the Billboard US Afrobeats Songs chart. The track is featured on Davido’s fourth studio album Timeless.

The hard-working artiste said his fans are who keep him motivated to perform.

“I just keep going at it. You know say the ladies dem keep me going. ‘Cause at the end of di day, we keep on singing fi dem, and dem keep on showing we love,” he reasoned.

Dexta Daps is known for hits Seven Eleven, Call Me If, Breaking News, and Shabba Madda Pot. His most recent hit single Forever, peaked at number two on the Magnum Top Ten chart.
