Dancehall artiste Iyara, a former member of Bounty Killer’s Alliance group, is spreading his wings musically and planning to release an album later this year.
The Portland-born artiste says the project is almost ready and the songs are being mixed and mastered.

This is the first major musical project for the artiste, who has been doing music professionally for more than ten years.
His next major assignment is the Bellevue Music Festival which takes place this Saturday, May 13 in Orlando, Florida.

The event, which is promoted by Bellevue Entertainment, will also see performances by Sean Kingston, Rotimi, Louie Culture, Shaneil Muir, Badda General, Bencil Clickstar and Star Martin from the US Virgin Islands.
Iyara is known for songs including Never Kill a Friend, Yaadman Up Inna Farrin, and Rich and Wealthy.
