Sunday Horoscope – May 14

The easy energy continues, making for a largely stress-free day. Although the Mercury retrograde ends later tonight, we shouldn’t be too hasty to jump back into the busyness of our lives. We’re encouraged to take it slow for now. The timing is also ideal for being with family or someone we hold dear. It’s highly likely that we’ll be in the mood for bonding and connection. Helping others is also encouraged. Still, for those of us who would rather enjoy the serenity of being in our own little bubble, the day supports that, too.

ARIES: March 21 to April 19 – If you’re planning on doing something for a loved one out of the kindness of your heart, you’re on the right track. Treating them to a nice meal might be a good idea.

TAURUS: April 20 to May 20 – What are you and your friends up to today? There could be something entertaining happening in your city or neighbourhood that’s worth checking out.

GEMINI: May 21 to June 20 – Trust your instincts when making decisions concerning your business, career or finances. No need to overthink things when you intuitively know the answer.

CANCER: June 21 to July 22 – Getting some fresh air or enjoying a change of scenery could do your mind and body some good. Invite a friend along

LEO: July 23 to August 22 – Have you felt any confusion or uncertainty about how to move forward with a project or goal? Expect a moment of clarity.

VIRGO: August 23 to September 22 – Perhaps you’re looking to attend a class or join a group. Sharing interests, hobbies or learning experiences with others can be fun and affirming.

LIBRA: September 23 to October 22 – It’s a good day for tending to some of the stuff that you’ve put on the back-burner and need to catch up on. Get yourself ready for the week ahead.

SCORPIO: October 23 to November 21 – Romance remains on the agenda, making the day perfect for an amorous adventure.

SAGITTARIUS: November 22 to December 21 – You might feel like a major homebody today. Take time out for yourself. Handling home- or family-related matters might also be on your to-do list.

CAPRICORN: December 22 to January 19 – If you’ve teamed up with someone on a creative project, expect to make noticeable progress. Meanwhile, this could be a great day for a date or meeting someone new.

AQUARIUS: January 20 to February 18 – Any problems or issues that you have had with your home or living situation may finally change for the better.

PISCES: February 19 to March 20 – When you share what you’re feeling or what’s in your heart with someone, there’s a strong chance that you’ll receive a very warm response. Also, enjoy your me-time today.

FOR TODAY’S BIRTHDAY

You’re kind, tender and loyal. For you, the power of love is one of your greatest gifts. You possess the heart of a romantic. You don’t make any complaints when it comes to helping others. You show up and do your best to support people in any way that you can. You win folks over with your natural charm and easy-going vibe. You’re successful at what you do because you’re resourceful and scrappy. When a challenge arises, you rise to the occasion. This year you’ll do best with a team or community behind you.

Birthdate of: Woody McClain, dancer/ actor; Sofia Coppola, filmmaker/actress; Tim Roth, actor/producer.
