Allied Real Estate Services and Atlas Motors have formed a strategic alliance aimed at redefining Jamaica’s mortgage and auto loan industry through the offering of comprehensive financial solutions at what they say will be “unparalleled convenience for Jamaicans”.

To this end, the entities recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Golf View Hotel in Mandeville.

Allied Real Estate Services brings extensive experience in the real estate market, having been established since 2010. It has a team of in-house mortgage brokers who offer direct online access to major banks and credit unions, ensuring a seamless and efficient loan application process, stated a press release which added that, as a result, customers achieve two assets with one loan and benefit from competitive rates and tailored financial solutions.

The release also stated that during a successful six-month trial, the two companies provided their customers with combined mortgage and auto loan services. This testing phase allowed the partners to refine their processes and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, according to the companies.

As a result, the partnership has attracted interest from the Airbnb investor community, particularly those on the north coast and those overseas in the Jamaican diaspora.
