It has become somewhat of an annual Independence Day tradition for Rock fashionistas and entertainers to incorporate the national colours of black, green, and gold (and a little bit of red, too) into their fashion choices.
These fashion-forward ensembles are a powerful reminder of Jamaica’s rich history, journey towards Independence and reflect the essence of what it means to be Jamaican.
But don’t take our word for it; the “lewks”, we reckon, speak to haute patriotism.
Page 2 shows off Independence style.
