Bogle’s Properties marks three years with house donation to St Ann mom of six

Bogle’s Properties and Services, a rising player in the local real estate industry, is commemorating its third anniversary by joining hands with Food for the Poor Jamaica to provide a brand-new home for a deserving mother of six in rural St Ann.

According to a press release, over the past three years, Bogle’s has established its name in the market for real estate sales/rentals, project management and general construction through dedication to excellence, integrity and personalised service.

The release added that as a gesture of gratitude and a demonstration of its commitment to making a positive impact beyond the real estate sector, Bogle’s has chosen to support Food For The Poor, renowned for its outstanding work in alleviating poverty and providing assistance to communities in need.

The recipient of the donation is Audrey Nicole Williamson, a dedicated domestic worker who, in addition to her employment, farms cabbage, string beans, and raises poultry to support her family.

The new house is set to be a transformative gift that will not only offer essential shelter but also significantly enhance the quality of life for this hardworking family, the release stated, adding that the newly constructed dwelling is equipped with modern amenities, including a small solar panel for sustainable energy, a gas cylinder for cooking, and two beds, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for the mother and her six children.

“We are honoured to be a part of this meaningful project that will provide a stable foundation for a family who has demonstrated incredible resilience and determination,” said Nicholas Bogle, the company’s CEO. “The addition of sustainable energy solutions and essential amenities ensures that this house will not only offer shelter but also contribute to a brighter future for this family.”

Bogle stated that it’s the company’s second year partnering with Food For The Poor, having been satisfied with another philanthropic initiative last year.

“As we celebrate our third year in business, we envision a day when each client’s real estate journey is marked by unparalleled industry knowledge, long-lasting connections, and the greatest levels of pleasure. Our goal is to become the real estate industry’s cornerstone of trust, establishing new benchmarks for client satisfaction, sector knowledge, and sustained performance. By virtue of our unshakable dedication, we hope to reinterpret the fundamentals of real estate partnerships and secure wealth and happiness for future generations,” he said.
