Heights FC seek back-to- back wins in Sandals ML
ST JAMES, Jamaica – Heights FC will seek back- to- back wins Monday they take on former champions Wadada United in a rescheduled St James Football Association/ Sandals Resorts International at the UDC Field, set to start at 3:30 pm.
The game was originally scheduled for Saturday but was moved to avoid a clash with an ISSA schoolboy football game.
Heights FC came from a goal down to win their opening game 2-1 over Granville United and will hope to get the better of Wadada United who are playing in the parish competition for the first time in two seasons after being relegated from the JFF Tier II league.
Jevar Maxwell scored a double for Heights FC in their come-from-behind win at Granville last week and the expectations will be for him to lead the attack today.
Heights FC and defending champions Reggae Youths FC both won their opening games and shared the lead ahead of Green Pond SC and Flanker United, who drew their opening game.
