Teams selected for first round of ISSA Champions Cup
KINGSTON, Jamaica— Kingston College, last season’s beaten finalists, will meet Dinthill Technical in the first game of a double-header at the National Stadium on Saturday to kick start the first round of the ISSA Champions Cup.
The draw for the first round was made on Tuesday, following the end of the quarter-final matches of the ISSA/Wata daCosta Cup competition.
A total of four games will be played on Saturday- two at the National Stadium in Kingston and two at the St Elizabeth Technical Sports Complex in Santa Cruz.
Hydel High will face Garvey Maceo High in the first game of a double-header at the St Elizabeth Technical Sports Complex while Mona High takes on Glenmuir High in the second match.
The second game at the National Stadium will be between Clarendon College and St George’s College.
The winners will advance to the semi-finals, set for next week Wednesday at the National Stadium.
