Culinary Convo with Chef Collin Brown

Celebrated Jamaican Chef, Collin Brown set aside some time to engage in culinary development discussions with Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett; Senior Advisor & Strategist and Jampro Board Director, Delano Seiveright and Jampro’s UK and European Regional Manager Laurence Jones, and other senior officials in London.

Chef Brown is the driving culinary force behind the rapidly growing Jamaican-themed Turtle Bay chain of restaurants across the United Kingdom, with 52 locations across London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool, Glasgow, and other major cities.

Voted Caribbean Chef of the Year three times, internationally acclaimed Chef Collin Brown is one of the world’s most enthusiastic ambassadors of authentic Jamaican cuisine.

Chef Brown regularly caters to global celebrities including P Diddy, Katy Perry, Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, His Excellency Mohammed Bin Salman, and one of America’s best-known dynasties — the Rockefeller family.

Bartlett and team were in London for the World Travel Market, one of the world’s largest tourism trade shows, which facilitates £2.8 billion in industry deals and has some 5,000 exhibitors from 182 countries and regions and more than 51,000 participants.
