Ffurious ready for Fyah In Da Ville
Dancehall artiste Ffurious is looking forward to his upcoming appearance at the annual Fyah In Da Ville stage show which is slated to take place at Jamaica Tamboo in Negril on November 25.
The firebrand deejay, who recently returned to the island after completing a successful promotional tour of the New York Tri-State area, plans to deliver an unforgettable performance for his fans out West.
“When I touch the stage at Fyah In Di Ville in Negril on Saturday night I am going to deliver a very exciting performance for my fans. It’s going to be epic,” said the artiste.
He recently delivered an impressive performance at Miss Lily’s in Manhattan to a full house, which also included celebrities such as supermodel Camille McDonald, hip hop producer Swizz Beats, and rapper/actor Common.
“While I was in New York I was able to network with several producers and promoters and members of the media. I also met Camille McDonald, who invited me to perform at Miss Lily’s… The audience showed me a lot of love. I also did some shows in New Jersey and Connecticut,” he said.
Ffurious is currently promoting a controversial new single, titled Waste Man.
The song which was produced by Great X Production and released on November 10.
“This song is creating a lot of controversy right now because I mentioned Khago and Ishawna’s names in it. Everywhere I go a lot of people have been telling me that Khago is upset because he believes the lyrics of the song were directed at him. However, I want him to understand that I am a Rastafarian, and I don’t deal with mix up,” said Ffurious.
The St Mary-born entertainer is also enjoying much attention with his single Rasta Goodness.
