Drop Down rhythm makes a stand
The Drop Down rhythm is the latest production from Kai Kai Recordz out of Montego Bay.
It is driven by three songs including Pepper Sauce by Kalado.
Sejeico’s Lilmhz and Top Gyal by Vyzadon are the other artistes and tracks on Drop Down.
Theo “Kai Kai” Guelph, principal of Kai Kai Recordz, said he and Kalado ‘clicked’ in the recording studio which prompted him to release Pepper Sauce as the lead track.
“Working with Kalado was easy and a great experience. We had good energy in the studio and on the set of the video shoot. I can also say the same for Sejeico. I have worked with Sejeico before on a single with Takeova and the vibe in the studio with him is unmatched,” said Guelph, who got into music production six years ago.
He plans to record additional artistes on the Drop Down and increase promotion of the project going into 2024.
Guelph broke through as a producer in 2019 with the Pain of Life rhythm which had songs such as Tribute by Chronic Law, Ruption by Rygin King, and Don’t Wise Up from Chilando.
He followed-up in 2020 with hit singles, including Tutti Frutti by Roze Donn, Safety by Sadika, and Intence and GBA by Takeova and Sejeico.
