Five individuals arrested in connection with gun, ammo find in Old Harbour identified
ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — The five individuals, including three juveniles and a female, who were arrested after three firearms were found in a car they were travelling in have been identified.
They are: Sheena Price, a 33-year-old businesswoman from New Harbour Village 1 in Old Harbour, St Catherine
– A 15-year-old student from McLeod Close, Old Harbour Bay
– A 17-year-old unemployed male from Old Market Street, Old Harbour Bay
– Kemar Bent, a 27-year-old fisherman from Old Market Street, Old Harbour and
– A 15-year-old male also from Old Market Street in Old Harbour Bay
- Reports are that explosions were heard in Old Harbour Bay shortly after 3:00 am on Sunday morning. Responding to the gunfire, the police mounted a roadblock in the area when the car carrying the five people was stopped and searched.
Three firearms, along with a magazine fitted with ammunition, were reportedly discovered in the vehicle.
