Gas prices up $2.59, diesel down $2.14
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, April 18, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
After an increase of $2.59, 90-octane will be sold for $183.54 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $177.26 per litre up by $2.59.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $179.59 per litre after decrease of $2.14 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $186.05 per litre down by $1.87.
Kerosene decreased by $2.34 and will be sold for $182.83 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $69.27 per litre down by $2.50 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $77.17 per litre after a decrease of $3.06.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
