WATCH: Supreme Ventures signs $75-m contract extension with JOA
To further boost the country’s preparations for international competitions, including this summer’s Paris Olympics, Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has signed a five year contract extension with the Jamaica Olympic Association (JOA), worth $75 million.
The announcement was made at JOA’s Headquarters earlier Friday morning.
SVL’s Executive Chairman, Gary Peart, said the decision to renew their sponsorship was made as a commitment to Jamaica’s athletes. He also credited the JOA for their efforts and transparency throughout their partnership.
Meanwhile, JOA chief executive officer Ryan Foster stated that the investment will not only help preparation for the Olympic Games but other key initiatives, including educational scholarships for athletes and coaches.
SVL also announced they will be giving Jamaicans the opportunity to attend the games in France through various promotions that will be announced in the coming weeks.
