MBU moves to Catherine Hall to end regular season of JPL

ST JAMES, Jamaica — Montego Bay United (MBU) will end the regular season of the Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League at the Montego Bay Sports Complex, after they announced on Monday they would play their next three home games at the Catherine Hall venue.

MBU, who are in eighth place on the points tables with 28 points – two off a play-off spot, will host relegation-threatened team Treasure Beach on Sunday, March 10th starting at 5:30 pm, Molynes United on March 24 also at 5:30 pm and then Tivoli Gardens on April 7, set to start at 3:30 pm to complete the regular season.

MBU has played one game at the venue this season, a 2-2 draw against Waterhouse FC, where they came from two goals down at halftime to earn a point.

The former two-time champions have earned 17 of their 28 points playing at WesPow Park and have scored 19 of their 29 goals at the Tucker venue.
