Man accused of stabbing woman during argument charged
ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — A man was charged with wounding with intent after he allegedly stabbed a woman during an argument at his home in Kool Kat Lane, Thompson Pen in St Catherine on Thursday, March 21.
Charged is 62-year-old Anthony McLean otherwise called ‘Kanie’.
Reports from the Spanish Town police are that about 7:30 pm McLean and a woman were at his home when an argument developed between them.
McLean during the argument used a knife to stab the woman in the lower back and her left side, the report said.
A report was made to the police, and an investigation launched which led to the arrest of McLean who was subsequently arrested and charged.
He is scheduled to appear before the St Catherine parish court on Tuesday, May 7.
