The Jamaica Observer domino team delivered a dominant performance to secure their sixth-consecutive title in the Lions Club of Mandeville Men Who Cook Domino competition after a 150-113 win over Lions Club Invitational at Brooks Park in Mandeville, Manchester, on May 25, 2024.

The team has won the coveted trophy every year since the competition’s inception in 2017. The 2020 and 2021 editions were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The match on Sunday began evenly, with Jamaica Observer holding a slim lead throughout the first half with scores on 34-30, 48-45, 54-50, and 70-65.
Jamaica Observer ended the first half with a 10-point advantage (78-68) over Lions Club Invitational.

However, the defending champions asserted their dominance in the second half, extending their lead to 95-80 and ultimately winning by a convincing 37-point margin.

The Jamaica Observer team’s impressive performance showcased their skill and experience, underlining their position as the formidable force in the competition.
