Guyanese reggae artiste King Mandela is tapping into his love for the genre with his single No Love.

The track was produced by Sound Justice and highlights the need for more love in society and the wider world.

Directed by Keith R Mannings, the accompanying music video was shot in Guyana and conveys the song’s message through vibrant imagery.

“Music is an essential part of my life. My love for music over the years has made it a vital ingredient in my life; it gives me enjoyment and the sense of fulfillment when I’m able to send a message through music,” the artiste told the Jamaica Observer.

At nine years old, King Mandela, born Matussala Mannings, discovered that he had a passion for music. Inspired to do reggae from across the waters, he showcases his artistry through powerful lyrics and delivery, on previously released tracks such as My Biography.

Working on new material, the artiste is very excited to get his sound spread throughout the world, and engage with new, diverse audiences.

His latest project is his first album, which is currently in the works and will define who King Mandela really is and what he has to offer the world musically.

“I would like the world to know that King Mandela is here to stay and will be spreading the gospel and reiterate that it is love over fear and over everything,” he added.
