There was a sip and paint session at the fun day, and the winner of that session was Jade. She received a beautiful pink bag with a hedgehog design.

A bunny fun day

BAILEY Blues Farm, an agricultural enterprise in Runaway Bay, St Ann, specialising in cuniculture (the agricultural practice of breeding and raising domestic rabbits), hosted a bunny fun day and back-to-school giveaway on August 6. The rabbitry operates under the tag line, ‘Everybody DESERVES a Bunny’.


Here are some highlights from the fun day.

Children were gifted bunnies at the event. Here, a youngster proudly poses with her bunny, donated through the Gloria Angela Lee Foundation..

Dr Rochelle Bailey, medical doctor, philanthropist, entrepreneur, poet, cuniculturist, and owner of Bailey Blues Farm, as well as the founder of the Gloria Angela Lee Foundation, which is geared towards donating rabbits to children with autism, is pictured here on the farm..

All children who attended the event were gifted school supplies and goodies..

Bunnies can offer therapeutic benefits for children..

At the event, children participated in various activities celebrating Jamaica’s vibrant culture. In addition to the talent showcase, there was a crochet segment, where this beautiful little girl emerged the winner. She proudly poses with her winning cup and an assortment of treats. .
