Jamaica Food + Drink Festival (JFDF) Director says the event “launched with a big dream and a small but effective team”. Now, 10 years later, with over 20 events, upwards of 50,000 attendees, and a couple awards under their belt, it’s time to celebrate!
The JFDF 10th anniversary staging launched on Tuesday, September 24 at the Jamaica Food + Drink Kitchen — a last minute change from Port Royal’s Historic Naval Dockyard due to the threat of inclement weather — with the introduction of new event Decade, and guests enjoying food from chefs Trevanne Donnegal, Andre Sewell, Christian Sweeney, Gariel Ferguson. Theo Smith, and Desrick Hamilton, and quenchers from Heineken, Worthy Park, Caribbean Producers Jamaica (CPJ), and Select Brands.
