Reggae artiste Fantan Mojah is on a mission to spread words and messages of positivity with the song Rasta Yard.

Produced by Donsome Records, the official music video for Rasta Yard was released on Friday.

“Rasta Yard is a welcoming place of upliftment and positivity. A place where conscious people can express themselves without hatred. Rasta is love and the world gains positive energy from love. To love, you must respect it. But, once we get to that point, the world will be a better place,” said Fantan Mojah.

The song is featured on the one drop rhythm titled Rasta Yard.

The video for Rasta Yard was directed by Prime Films (Pixl) and it was shot on location in Spanish Town and Cassia Park.

The singjay, who is known for a slate of hit songs including Hungry and Hail Di King, said: “Each person must learn to respect themselves and the people around them. That is the start of building a conscious community and world. From there the rest will come naturally.”

This is the first time that Fantan Mojah has worked with the US-based Donsome Records.

Fantan Mojah, who roared onto the scene in the early 2000s, shared what he said was the highlight of his career.

“There are a few songs that have crossed many borders across the world. Songs such as Rasta Got Soul and Stronger have made a major impact,” Fantan Mojah disclosed.

The artiste says fans can look forward to his album in 2025.
