A video of a middle aged man gliding across a zipline in India has gone viral as the gruesome view from the air seemingly shows as a terror attack is being carried out below him.

Shared by Indian twitter user Sagar Patoliya, the video shows a man as he begins his zipline journey, smiling as he captures the video. Loud explosions can be heard in the video before the man steps off of the zipline platform.

They continue as he travels the short distance from one side of the zipline to the other and people below him begin to run as they are seemingly targeted by gunmen.

Several people appear to be shot on screen as the loud explosions continue.

The April 22 incident in Kashmir, a shared territory whose ownership has been disputed between India and Pakistan, left 26 men dead. It was the deadliest attack ever on civilians in the area

The incident enraged Indians who for days called on their government to respond decisively to the attacks. Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave India’s military “operational freedom” to respond to the attack on Tuesday.

AFP reports indicate that the gunmen attacked Indian holidaymakers who were visiting a picturesque tourist valley in Kashmir before separating the men querying their religion and killing them.

Almost all 26 victims were Indians and most were Hindus.
