JPL quarter-finals moved to Stadium East
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Premier League (JPL) quarter-final matches that were postponed on Thursday have been rescheduled for Friday, May 9 at Stadium East.
The matches were rescheduled due to a low-voltage issue that affected the lighting system mid-game on Thursday.
The match, between Tivoli Gardens and Montego Bay United, was paused around the 40th minute after the stadium lights were engaged, but only some of the bulbs kicked in.
