St Ann police investigating suspected drowning at Mahogany Beach

The St Ann police are investigating what is being treated as a suspected drowning incident at Mahogany Beach in Ocho Rios on Tuesday.

Reports are that sometime after 4:00 pm, an unidentified woman, clad in a black floral long-sleeved shirt, black floral swimsuit, leggings and water shoes, was seen unresponsive in the water.

She was taken to St Ann’s Bay Hospital by a citizen, where she was pronounced dead.
