Turn yourselves in!

Cops name several people being sought

KINGSTON, Jamaica- Following a recent surge in violent incidents across communities within the St Andrew South Division, the police are appealing to several individuals to immediately report to the Hunts Bay Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB).

These people, who are from several communities in the division, are being asked to turn themselves in no later than 4:00 pm on Monday, May 19, 2025.

The police said the individuals are either wanted for serious crimes or, are persons of interest in ongoing investigations relating to murder and shootings.

They are urged to report, accompanied by anyone of their choosing – a pastor, lawyer, justice of the peace (JP), teacher, mother or father.

They are:

* Courtney Ashley, o/c Bloodstain of a Fenbrook Avenue, Kingston 20 address, who is wanted for murder;

* Sheldon Barrett of Metcalfe Road, Kingston 13, who is a person of interest in murder case;

* Kevin Harry, o/c Harry Potter of Brook Valley, Kingston 20, who is a person of interest in a murder case;

*Owen Laidley, o/c Max of Brook Valley, Kingston 20 and Rasta Lane, Bull Bay, Kingston- person of interest – murder and shooting;

* Dave King, o/c Bread Back of 11 Grape Road, Kingston 11- person of interest – murder and shooting;

* Avon Sutherland, o/c Tugz Of 3 Latore Avenue / Ambrooke Lane, Kingston 13- person of interest – murder;

* Theo Smith, o/c Gilly of 41 Galloway Road, Kingston 13-person of interest – murder;

* Dwayne Picton, o/c Spoogy of 50 Pretoria Road, Kingston 13 – person of interest – murder;

* Jaquan Stevens, o/c Quan of Crescent Road, Kingston 13 – person of interest – murder and shooting;

*Marcus Brissett, o/c Beezy of Kidd Lane, Kingston 13-person of interest – murder and shooting;

*Omarion Lemard, o/c OJ of Waltham Park Road, Kingston 13 -person of interest – murder;

*O’Neil Edwards, o/c Foey of 13 Kidd Lane, Kingston 13- person of interest – murder;

* Ramone Moodie, o/c Prezzi of 43 Fitzgerald Avenue, Kingston 13-person of interest – murder;

*Kevin Paisley, o/c Keh Keh of a Crescent, Kingston 13 address- person of interest –murder;

* A man know as ‘Pelpa’ of 15 Lane, Waltham Park Road, Kingston 13 -person of interest –murder;

*Grim, o/c Grimlin of Kidd Lane, Kingston 13 -person of interest – murder and

* Ricardo Moodie, o/c Bloody Guns of Tripe Lane, Penwood Road, Kingston 11- person of interest – murder

The Jamaica Constabulary Force says it is committed to restoring peace and safety in the communities affected by crime and violence.
