Usain Bolt named Guinness World Records icon
The world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt, was on Wednesday officially named a Guinness World Records icon, in celebration of their 70th anniversary.
The Guinness World Records icons list highlights the incredible people and moments who shape the world we live in today. Bolt joins other well-decorated athletes including LeBron James, Cristiano Ronaldo, Zion Clark, Laura Biondo and Simone Biles.
Editor-in-Chief Craig Glenday made the presentation to the track legend.
“Finally getting all the certificates which are going to look really good in my house so I’m happy to be an icon. Everybody can be a part of this book. Get the book, go through it, see what you can do, see the possibilities and just try it because the possibilities are endless,” Bolt said.
