Two reported dead in St Ann shooting

ST ANN, Jamaica — A taxi driver and his passenger were shot and killed in the vicinity of Mammee Bay in St Ann on Wednesday.

The incident happened sometime after 1:00 pm.

Observer Online understands that both men were travelling in a Toyota Probox motorcar when they were attacked by a man who was also posing as a passenger.

The St Ann police are currently on the scene, and traffic is at a standstill along the Drax Hall/ Mammee Bay main road following the incident.

Traffic is being diverted to an alternate route through Steer Town in St Ann.
