Jamaica Sotheby’s Realty and Tryall Club 5K Eco Run returns August 2025
The 5K Eco Run returns to the grounds of The Tryall Club in Hanover on Sunday, August 24, 2025.
Registration for the run opened in June and persons interested in participating or donating are encouraged to visit www.ecorunjamaica.com.
The 5K event, hosted by Jamaica Sotheby’s International Realty in partnership with The Tryall Club, continues to promote wellness, environmental awareness and community impact under the theme “Run with Purpose. Run for Jamaica’s Future.”
The first staging in 2024 saw a strong turnout and enthusiastic response from participants across all ages and backgrounds, laying the foundation for what is now a growing annual event. This year, the organisers aim to build on that momentum by expanding the race-day experience and deepening its message of purposeful action.
“We really wanted to create something that felt meaningful and accessible; a race and an experience with heart behind it,” said Julian Dixon, CEO of Jamaica Sotheby’s International Realty. “Eco Run is our way of showing that luxury and lifestyle can exist alongside care for our environment and our communities. We’re proud to continue building this event with that in mind.”
With a $5,000 registration fee, the 2025 event offers participants a scenic 5K route through the Tryall estate, along with a full race package and signature Jamaican hospitality. The event is open to runners, walkers and supporters of all fitness levels and is designed to be as inclusive as it is impactful.
Now in its second year, the 5K Eco Run is carving out a place on Jamaica’s wellness calendar as a purposeful event that promotes both health and sustainability. With last year’s inaugural run exceeding expectations, this year’s event is set to build on that success.
