Final 15 studio units at Sol Harbour hit the market

ST JAMES, Jamaica — Fifteen highly sought-after studio units at the Sol Harbour development in Ocho Rios are now on the market.

This is according to an announcement by Proven Properties Chief Executive Officer Aisha Campbell at the exclusive Proven Wealth Luxe at the Links event held at the White Witch Rose Hall Club House.

The approximately 620 square feet studio units, previously held back, are now available for purchase in either of Sol Harbour’s two towers. Occupancy is projected for early 2026.

“Today marks an exciting moment for Proven Properties and the Ocho Rios market,” said Campbell. “We’ve listened to the demand and are thrilled to release these 15 exceptional studio residences at Sol Harbour. This is more than just real estate; it’s offering a key to an unparalleled lifestyle in the epicentre of Jamaica’s north coast. The location is simply unbeatable, a stone’s throw from pristine beaches, world-class duty-free shopping and iconic attractions like Dunn’s River Falls and Dolphin Cove. We anticipate strong interest from both local and international buyers seeking a smart investment or a luxurious personal retreat.”

The development’s location is also conveniently positioned, approximately 20 minutes from the Ian Fleming International Airport and less than an hour from Kingston.

The studios are being marketed as suitable for personal use or rental income, including platforms like Airbnb.
