Two injured in St James motor vehicle crash
ST JAMES, Jamaica — A man and a woman have been taken to hospital following a motor vehicle crash on the Flanker main road in St James a short while ago.
Reports so far are that both individuals, who were travelling in a Toyota Rav 4 motor car, suffered different degrees of injury after the vehicle swerved across the median and ended up in a ditch.
Both individuals were subsequently taken to the hospital for treatment.
According to eyewitness reports, the vehicle was travelling in the direction of Montego Bay when it swerved across the median into oncoming traffic.
The fire department and the police were deployed to the scene where they assisted both individuals.
