Dushyant Savadia named global leader of the year at AsiaOne event in Dubai

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Founder and CEO of Amber Group, Dushyant Savadia, was presented with the Global Leader of the Year 2025 award at the 26th edition of the Asian Business and Social Forum, hosted by AsiaOne Magazine and URS Media on September 19 at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai.

Meanwhile, Amber Connect was also among the World’s Greatest Brands 2025.

“Success without service is meaningless. These awards remind us that true leadership isn’t measured by profits alone, but by how many lives we lift along the way,” Savadia said.

AsiaOne Magazine, in conferring the Global Leader of the Year award, said: “Mr Savadia is a force of transformation whose contributions span philanthropy, technology, and entrepreneurship. His work embodies service, innovation, and resilience, demonstrating how technology can scale globally to create jobs and solve real-world challenges while remaining rooted in service to local communities.”

Founder and CEO of Amber Group Dushyant Savadia

Themed “Celebrating the Spirit of Asia”, this year’s Indo-UAE Summit was a powerful congregation of global business and social leaders, top diplomats, policymakers, and investors spanning Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

The forum spotlighted bilateral trade, innovation, and cross-continental collaboration while recognising outstanding global leadership and social impact.

Esteemed ambassadors and dignitaries from countries including the Maldives, Zimbabwe, Guatemala, Kenya, and Indonesia joined members of royal families, Emirati cinema icons, and influential business leaders, making the event a truly international celebration of progress and cooperation.
