FirstRock completes third KFC project in Costa Rica
KINGSTON, Jamaica — FirstRock Real Estate Investments (FirstRock) has completed its third development project for KFC Costa Rica through its subsidiary, First Rock LATAM S.A.
The company shared that the project, which includes a modern restaurant and an advanced distribution centre, began construction in April. The restaurant phase was finished in June, with the distribution centre handed over in August.
Situated in Coyol, a primary industrial hub in Costa Rica, the distribution centre is expected to streamline KFC’s logistical operations in the region.
FirstRock acknowledged the contributions of project partners Constarq, KFC’s development team, ITFCR, and BAC Credomatic.
The company said the achievement strengthens its expanding regional presence and commitment to long-term value through real estate investments in Latin America and the Caribbean.
