Three killed in alleged confrontation with police in St James

ST JAMES, Jamaica — Three men were reportedly fatally injured in an alleged confrontation with members of the security forces Monday afternoon in the community of Rose Heights, St James.

Reports are that the police were in the community when they were confronted by the armed men.

Following an exchange, three men were found suffering from gunshot wounds.

They were taken to hospital where they subsequently died from their injuries.
