Sygnus Real Estate Finance Limited (SRF) has commenced development on the 55-acre Lakespen Industrial Park, marking a major step forward for Jamaica’s logistics and industrial landscape. The ground-breaking ceremony, held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, comes shortly after the company secured regulatory subdivision approval. The project is positioned to boost economic momentum, expand industrial capacity, and attract globally competitive tenants. We have the highlights in this week’s Business Social
