WATCH: Kingston Gateway attracting strong interest, say developers

Proven Properties, SAJE Logistics host open house for state-of-the-art warehousing facility

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The state-of-the-art Kingston Gateway Commercial and Warehouse Complex on Marcus Garvey Drive is attracting strong interest, according to the developers.

Proven Properties Limited and SAJE Logistics on Sunday held an open house for the landmark facility the entities are developing in a joint venture.

Situated within Kingston’s bustling industrial corridor, the US$13 million project features 22 warehouses offering 112,000 square feet of rentable space built to global standards. The majority of the warehouses comprise two storeys, with some of them equipped with loading docks.

“We are excited that 10 months after breaking ground, we have advanced this development, and what you are looking at here is the result,” said Aisha Campbell, CEO of Proven Properties Limited.

Campbell revealed that interests in the commercial spaces have been “phenomenal”, with 12 units having been already reserved.

“More people are coming in, and by the end of the day we really believe that we will be nearly sold out,” Campbell said.
