Police investigating infanticide involving two-month-old in Manchester

MANCHESTER, Jamaica — A two-month-old baby reportedly died in a case of infanticide in Top Hill, Manchester on Tuesday morning.

Police confirmed the incident and said the child’s mother is suspected to have drowned the infant in a bucket of water.

Residents expressed shock at the incident which has left the community of Top Hill in mourning.
