Man pleads guilty to receiving stolen Flow cable wires
KINGSTON, Jamaica — A man pleaded guilty to receiving stolen cable wires belonging to telecommunications company Flow when he appeared before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Tuesday.
Allegations are that on August 10, 2024, law enforcement officers spotted the accused, Marcus Allen, in the Corporate Area in possession of cable wires owned by Flow.
He was subsequently charged with simple larceny and unlawful possession of property.
However, on Tuesday, the crown withdrew the charge for unlawful possession of property.
Allen’s bail was extended, and he is scheduled to return to court on May 14, 2026, for sentencing.
