Red Stripe celebrates the customers behind the brand

RED Stripe reaffirmed its commitment to the partners behind its success with two customer appreciation events, first at Devon House in St Andrew, on March 23 and at Rose Hall Great House in Montego Bay, St James, on March 29.

The events formed part of a wider effort by Red Stripe to recognise and strengthen the relationships that continue to drive the brand’s presence across the island.

The staging at Devon House brought together a diverse mix of key customers, including bar owners, wholesalers, retailers, and on-premise operators.

Guests were treated to an engaging, high-energy experience featuring interactive Smirnoff and Heineken stations, light competitions and curated brand moments, all designed to celebrate their contribution while reinforcing connection and loyalty.

“Today we’re here celebrating our customers and saying thanks for the partnership that they have shown us over the years,” shared Off-Street Channel Development Manager Dian Rance.

He underscored that the partners have helped place Red Stripe products not just in consumers’ hands, but in the heart of Jamaican culture.

That spirit of appreciation carried through to Montego Bay, where the Rose Hall Great House provided a fitting backdrop for a more intimate but equally meaningful engagement.

The western Jamaica staging placed strong emphasis on legacy, loyalty and long-standing relationships, highlighted by a special presentation to veteran customer Paul Graham of Bona Fide Liquors.

Graham, whose relationship with Red Stripe spans more than 60 years, was honoured with a framed, signed shirt presented by Red Stripe Managing Director Daaf van Tilburg.

His journey — which began through his mother’s involvement in the business — has grown into a sustained and influential presence in the trade. Reflecting on the partnership, Graham pointed to the tangible support received over the years, including ongoing recovery efforts led by Trade Marketing Manager Angelica Holmes, who he said has been instrumental in restoring signage and strengthening his store’s visibility.

“Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. Their growth is our growth, and we are committed to investing in relationships that stand the test of time,” said van Tilburg.

Meanwhile Commercial Director Sean Wallace echoed the importance of collaboration, noting that shared commitment between Red Stripe and its customers continues to shape how Jamaicans engage with the brand across communities.

Across both events, Red Stripe made it clear that customer service extends beyond transactions.

According to the Red Stripe, the customer appreciation events are about investment, support and recognition at every stage of the journey.
