Armanii delivers for the ladies at Pic-Nic Beach Club

ST ANN, Jamaica — The energy of Vacae Weekend 2026 continued to build on Saturday with the successful staging of Pic-Nic Beach Club, where dancehall’s shining star Armanii delivered a standout performance that had the ladies firmly at the centre of the experience.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Plantation Cove, Pic-Nic transformed the venue into a sea of pink, as patrons embraced the event’s signature aesthetic and immersive décor, creating one of the most visually striking moments of the weekend so far.

From early, the atmosphere was charged with anticipation as a stylish, energetic crowd gathered for the daytime experience. With premium offerings from Appleton Estate and a host of food vendors, high-energy DJ sets from Fyahman, Chromatic, Kryptic and others, Pic-Nic once again delivered on its promise of a lifestyle-driven event.

The highlight of the day came when Armanii took to the stage, connecting instantly with the audience as he performed a catalogue of crowd-favourite tracks, many of which resonated strongly with female patrons.

Speaking after his performance, the entertainer praised the crowd’s response.

“The vibes from the crowd were amazing,” Armanii said. “From the moment I stepped on stage, the energy was there. The ladies showed up and showed out, and that made the performance even better.”

Organisers say the response to Pic-Nic continues to validate its place within the Vacae Weekend lineup.

“Pic-Nic is all about the experience — the visuals, the energy, the crowd — and this year we really saw that come together,” said Franz Kentish, Pic-Nic organiser.

The weekend continues with additional signature experiences, including Estate All White Soiree, Risqué, and the grand finale, Sandz Caribbean Music Festival, as Ocho Rios remains the epicentre of Easter entertainment.
