D’Yani’s ‘The Little Things’ tops iTunes reggae charts
KINGSTON, Jamaica— Prolific music producer Seanizzle who is best known for the monster One Day rhythm, is celebrating the success of one of his latest productions, the song The Little Things, which was recorded by singer D’Yani.
On Friday, The Little Things topped the US iTunes Reggae singles and music video charts.
In an interview with Observer Online on Saturday, Seanizzle shared his reaction to the song’s early success.
“Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover how I’m feeling. The song is very special to me, D’Yani and the entire team. The record was born from personal experiences, real emotions and real people, during the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa last year,” said Seanizzle.
He also spoke about working with D’Yani.
“This is the second time that we have worked on a song, and it really is a good experience working with him. What stands out most during the recording process is he knows who he is as an artiste and he takes his craft seriously. The vibe is smooth, which makes the creative side flow easily,” Seanizzle disclosed.
The Little Things, according to Seanizzle, is a stand alone single, which is intended to be a part of a forthcoming project.
Seanizzle emerged on the music scene 20 years ago.
His One Day rhythm which helped to catapult him to fame, scored hits including the title track, Wifey by ZJ Liquid and Swaggeritic by Mr G among others.
