WATCH: Motorist rushed to hospital after crash on Botany main road
ST THOMAS, Jamaica—A motorist was rushed to hospital after a two-vehicle collision along the Botany Bay main road in St Thomas, Sunday afternoon.
The crash reportedly involved a Toyota Probox and a Nissan Frontier pickup.
Reports are that about 1pm, the Toyota Porbox was en route to Kingston, while the Nissan Frontier pickup was travelling in the opposite direction. The Nissan Frontier pickup reportedly failed to successfully navigate a left-hand turn, resulting in a head-on impact. The Nissan Frontier driver, who was the sole occupant of that vehicle, reportedly sustained serious injuries.

The three individuals in the Toyota Probox also reportedly received minor injuries.
Members of the Jamaica Fire Brigade are reportedly on location containing an oil spill due to the crash.
