As part of my assignment in this nation as a mouthpiece of God to defend the course of the gospel it is inevitable that I pray constantly to protect, salvage, and expose evil and warn the nation whenever God reveals things to me.

Caribbean One Million Intercessors Network (COMIN), a prophetic mandate entrusted to Caribbean Generals of Intercessors to birth a spiritual revival (renewal) in Jamaica that will spread to the islands of the sea, always has a prayer meeting every Monday evening at which we intercede for Jamaica and the Caribbean, as well as the world. As we interceded last Monday for the nation with regards the Carnival, God revealed a foot of a woman with a worm coming out of her foot. I wondered why and heard it is like a worm in the foot of the nation. We prayed to destroy the worm.

Separate from the above mentioned, while planning and preparing to do a yearly Congress of COMIN, we were having a bimonthly prayer meeting in the month of April just after Easter Sunday and the day following the Carnival when all kinds of ungodliness have just been displayed on the roads in Jamaica. While at the meeting I suddenly saw in a trance a flood rushing through the window of the church. There were some barricades that appeared just like the ones that were used to block the roads during the Carnival but the flood went through them and passed through the church, went through the door, and emptied into the Caribbean Sea. I suddenly saw the front of the church become the Caribbean Sea.

When I saw that I proclaimed the name of the Lord. I remembered the prophetic declaration of 2001 given to my church — Overcomers World Ministries (now Arise Shine Apostolic and Deliverance Ministries) — which was published in the book, Treasure Hunters: Overcomers Hunting for Revival. We therefore prayed vehemently that the floodgate of His anointing will level us as asserted in the prophecy. I knew that God must have decided to cleanse the nation.

We have neglected many of God’s warnings. The Bible says in the book of 1 John 2:15-16, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world (KJV).

Also, 1 Timothy 5:6 says she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth (KJV).

Carnival is a spirit of lust (perversion). Let us be aware that evil spirits don’t walk or work alone, they go in groups to steal, kill, and destroy. Then the people or nation suffers. Rather than promoting moral decadence, adultery and all kinds of sexual lust, let the nation repent of this evil, form prayer groups where people are arranged in form of the Cross to pray as God had shown me (a prayer strategy). God will hear and deliver our land.

Another one that intertwines with this practice is masquerading. This is condemned in the Bible as “spirit of the dead” acting as ghosts — familiar spirit masquerading as deceased individuals to deceive the living (Leviticus 19:31, Deuteronomy 18:11).
