Gas prices up $4.50, diesel up $4.50
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, April 30, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline up by $4.50, 90-octane will be sold for $193.07 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $185.63.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $193.25 per litre after an increase of $4.50, and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $200.09 per litre, up by $4.50.
Kerosene increased by $4.50 and will be sold for $182.64 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $80.82 per litre, up by $1.94, and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $89.23 per litre, up $2.43.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-ups to these prices.
